PARISITE HILTON ARRESTED IN LAS VEGAS: So, Hilton and her new piece Cy Waits were in a car cruising down the main Strip in Vegas around 11:30 p.m. Saturday night when police saw what they believed was some suspect smoke emanating from the windows of the car. They searched the vehicle and found a small amount of cocaine on her. Hilton, 29, and Waits, 34, were arrested and taken to Clark County jail. Paris was charged on a count of felony cocaine possession and released a few hours later without having to post bail. You’ll note she’s lacking remorse in her latest mug shot. At about 3 a.m., she tweeted but made no mention of her recent scandal. "In bed watching Family Guy" and "Going to sleep. Good night everyone, Xoxo Paris" BF Cy Waits remained behind bars on a count of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Paris is of course now saying the purse wasn’t hers…..in the car with her and her BF…..just like that weedy busty in South Africa a month ago…where a friend took the fall….
IS DREW BARRYMORE BEING A BIT OF A MEANGIRL??? Now I’ve always loved Drew Barrymore, and she’s currently out and about promoting her new movie GOING THE DISTANCE and there’s been many pictures of her and co-star Justin Long (who clearly adores her) smooching for the cameras….at the LA & London premieres, because of course that promotes the movie. But when asked about her relationship with the very sweet Justin Long and whether or not she’s dating him, Drew is still playing coy teasing, "I may be, I may not be. I don't know!" Now to my way of thinking, that’s an acceptable comment 6 weeks into a relationship – but it’s been like 2 years!!! What are your thoughts? (PIC:WIREIMAGE)
THE CHRONICLES OF LOHAN Here’s how she dressed for her court appearance on Friday….oh, that’s right – the new judge is a man! Bit difference from the demure look she had going for her appearances in front of the AMAZING Judge Marsha! Oh, and although she’s currently restricted to LA, she’s making the most of it by dropping into her favourite haunt, the Chateau Marmont, for dinner with friends & get her lips re-inflated ….and drive through stop signs & red lights doing 120 because the papps were following her. Police pulled her over, she got off but the papps didn’t. Oh, and she’s got some new representation – a lady by the name of Lou Taylor (a savvy businesswoman who brought Britney back from the brink of financial ruin & posted that $10k bail for Linds while she was in Cannes) Lou has been working on fashion deals for Lindsay including the Marc Ecko ads and a deal with a Russian fashion company. And Lou’s even been throwing Larry Rudolph (Britney’s Manager) some work as well with regards to Linds’ music career because someone told Linds she could sing! PIC:FAME
POSSIBLE NEW MOVIE NEWS FOR ANGIE JO & ROBERT PATTINSON!!! Can you imagine the Brangealunatics & the Twilunatics fighting it out!!! Word is that GK Films is developing a project for Angelina Jolie, based on a 2009 BBC miniseries called Unforgiven. It’s about a woman who, after spending 15 years in jail for murdering two police officers while her family were being evicted from their property, attempts to reconnect with her sister only to find herself the target of a revenge plot hatched by the sons of one of the men she killed. GK is already working with Angie on her Bosnian War love story I mentioned last week, and Unforgiven is being adapted by Christopher McQuarrie, who happens to be one of the writers on Angie’s upcoming The Tourist. Keeping in tight. And here’s the tingly twist. There’s speculation in the wind that Robert Pattinson is being considered for this project (I would assume playing one of the sons). A good gritty role could be a good move for him – Fight Club did wonders for Bradley sPitt after all. LINDSAY'S NEXT DAY IN COURT
The trail of destruction is nowhere near over. With most of the criminal fallout from her 2007 DUIs behind her, the date has finally been set for that little civil case, where Linds still faces the music for that little episode where she took off like a bat out of hell, across LA, in a car with passengers after someone….Judge Richard Stone set a 31st of January start date for the civil trial resulting from a lawsuit filed by Tracie Rice. Rice was sitting in the passenger's seat of said car with a heavily-influenced Linds driving. Rice sued Linds for assault, negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress (I can't understand why it wasn't kidnapping??). But wait, there were more passengers & they've filed suits against her too. To expedite the process, both cases have been consolidated and will be heard together. Meanwhile, she's taken to Twitter to biarch about the papps following her while she's was driving around in a Masarati…..because of course THAT wouldn't draw attention to anyone! She had her licence reinstated on Tuesday.
DISNEY'S FAVOURITE POLE DANCER IS SINGLE AGAIN There was a pic floating around (which was subsequently removed lickidisplit) of young Miley Cyrus getting a bit cosy on set with her LOL co-star Adam Sevani. Sources were quick to say they were just mucking around and there was nothing romantical going on….probably wasn't - at least not til the movie is coming out….because that's how it rolls in Hollywood. But in any case Miley & OUR Liam are dunzo. Wonder how Miley will cope. Remember when Brit split from Justin & Linds had her heart broken when Wilmer Valdawhatever (from That 70's show) dumped her for another??? Miles is desperately trying to tell us she can't be tamed, and break out of the Disney mould, so this is a tricky time for her professionally too…..do you think she'll be the next Lindsay or is she tougher?
BUMP WATCH Can't stand it, even though I do love hearing from you all when you ask. However, you'll recall last week on Facebook we talked about Angie Jo's choice of clothing over a two day period - loose fitting gowns…and I said there'd be pregnancy rumours in 3, 2, 1…..well, as it happens one of the Australian women's magazines is back to speculating, with pics & a story - is Angelina expecting baby number 7?? Nicole does this too - she'll wear a loose fitting dress and strategically place her hand in a protective fashion across her tummy. They love the attention and LOVE the speculation and they're master media manipulators. So, everyone's been speculating for months now that Mariah is. What's piqued my interest now though is a dress she wore recently. It's apparently a dress from a shop called Pea in the Pod. If that's the case, then this is something to pay attention to. Maternity wear. I don't think Mariah would be buying maternity wear unless there was a little Hello Kitty baking in the oven…you? MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE 4 NEWS Word is Jeremy Renner (The Hurt Locker) has not only been cast as Hawkeye in The Avengers, but is also in talks to star alongside (or instead of) Tom Cruise in Mission: Impossible 4. Apparently he was selected to "infuse new blood" into the franchise, potentially carrying the series should Ethan Hunt be disavowed (and you'll recall I mentioned this some time ago, that the powers that be were watching to see how well the Tommy/Cammie collaboration went at the box office before committing). The movie is scheduled for release in 2011.
LET'S DEBUNK A REUNION: John Mayer has taken to his blog to squash the rumour that is gaining momentum about him and Jennifer Aniston getting back together. It all started when on newspaper ran a story based on something he said on stage earlier this week. Here's what John Mayer has to say about this particular rumour: Ahh, Huffington Post, the internet Death Star. The world's first spectator banking website. Come watch a site's intelligence move in and out like bellows of accordion depending on whether or not there's ad dollars to be sucked out of any willing orifice. From their front page item "BACK TOGETHER?": Are John Mayer and Jennifer Aniston back on? Mayer seemed to indicate they might be when he spoke in front of a crowd of 18,000 at his concert on Sunday at the Hollywood Bowl in LA. "I believe in second chances!" he said. "You might have been a pain in the ass the last time around, but you can still start over again from home base. Next time you get a text from the one you love just text back 'come over' - no matter what happened in the past. If you really love someone, just tell them and be with them." Huffington Post, this is reporting? How do you pay your writers now, in Silly Bandz? Do you meet your sources in a malt shoppe? This is equal parts fabricated, cobbled together and misleading. Let's break it down: I don't think I ever said "I believe in second chances!" but I can't be 100 percent sure, as it's possible I could have accidentally said something succinctly and to the point. The next sentence is from the song "Half of My Heart," in reference to the idea that meeting new people allows for hiding old mistakes. (Well, for most people at least.) The sentence about texting comes from the show's encore, "Edge of Desire," in a moment of giving people permission not to beat themselves down for still wanting someone. Two sentences about different things at different points in a concert. The reason I'm calling you out instead of all the other magazines that make stories up out of thin air is that In Touch and Star Magazine aren't concurrently writing pieces about Pat Tillman or WikiLeaks. Those other rags know who they are, and even if they're obnoxious, I'd rather have to live with them because they (and the rest of the world) know where they stand, which doesn't make them one tenth as dangerous as you are. You're a stripper wearing reading glasses. Or maybe you're an insolvent law student willing to dance for a few extra dollars. Either way, it's uncomfortable to watch you try to wrap yourself around a pole when you have that C-Span scar. I'm not a politician. I have no celebrity endorsements. So it is with a clear conscience that I'm able to title your piece on this post, should you decide to try make a few more bucks for whatever body wash or slasher flick you're hocking today. So there you have it - no reconciliation.

LOHAN OUT: Linds may be free, but replacement Judge, Elden Fox was no pushowver and has imposed strict rules for her probation. First up Linds must submit to random drug and alcohol testing twice a week - as imposed by the wonderful Judge Marsha, and if she tests positive she'll be returned to jail for 30 days. Judge Fox has also ordered that Linds stay at home until further notice and participate in psychotherapy at least four days a week (mustn't be that sane after all….), and attend behavior therapy sessions twice a week (that should be compulsory for ALL Lohans). She must also attend a 12-step program. Linds was released after only 22 out of 90 days in rehab…MILLION DOLLAR INTERVIEW (and an opinion from any other Lohan who can talk) any tick of the clock….. Word is she's majorly snakey she had to go to rehab or jail AT ALL, so if I was Judge Marsha, I'd be watching closely to see what derogatory things she comes out with.
SANDY B TO DO FIRST INTERVIEW SINCE HER SPLIT FROM VANILLA GORILLA
On the USA's Today Show next Tuesday…so we'll get all the details the next day. Knowing Sandra Bullock is not one to air her dirty laundry in public, I'd say it will be a classy little chat with no juicy details of her marriage breakdown. I'd say she'll be gushing about baby Louis and taking the same stance as Bradley sPitt and talking about the 5th Anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, given she's also a resident of New Orleans. She'll also most likely talk about one of her pet projects, the Warren Easton Charter High School. Sandy has contributed to the school for a long time now. As I mentioned before, there's a very lot of good deeds she's involved with. And always nothing to do with an Oscar run or a movie to promote. Just because. Sandy is scheduled to attend the ribbon cutting at the new on-campus health clinic and dental facility this Sunday.
TIGER'S EX WIFE ELIN SPEAKS: Two days after her divorce from Tiger Woods became final, Elin Nordegren opened about TIGERGATE and her marriage to Tiger Woods. The mother of two says she has "been through hell" in the months since that whole driveway episode, but says the rumours that she clocked him with a golf club are "truly ridiculous." "I have been through the stages of disbelief and shock, to anger and ultimately grief over the loss of the family I so badly wanted for my children," she tells US People Magazine. She also says that reconciliation was impossible given she refused to prop up a marriage "without trust and love." Elin also said she is embarrassed that she "never suspected" Tiger was cheating despite the enormity of his infidelity. "I've been through hell," she says. "It's hard to think you have this life, and then all of a sudden — was it a lie? You're struggling because it wasn't real." "But I survived. It was hard, but it didn't kill me." As for the game that made her ex-husband the world's most famous athlete? Nordegren has "not watched one minute of golf." NEW MOVIE SNEAK PEAK: Slumdog Millionaire director Danny Boyle is back with a new movie - 127 HOURS with the gorgeous James Franco (Spider Mans, Tristan & Isolde, Pineapple Express) mountain climber Aaron Ralston. You may recall his story from back in 2003, where he was trapped by a boulder while rock climbing in Utah and he was forced to cut off his arm to survive. SEAN PENN ON SET Personally, I think he looks a very lot like Susan Boyle & Keith Richard's love child….but Sean was spotted in Dublin yesterday on the set of his latest movie This Must Be The Place. He plays a rock star in pursuit of the Nazi who was a bit of a nasty pastie to his dad in a concentration camp. His co-star in the movie - Eve Hewson, sound familiar? Eve's dad is some dude called Bono, perhaps part inspiration for Penn's performance. He can next be seen in theatres alongside OUR Naomi Watts in Fair Game. The trailer was just released last week, hmmmm, I'm not sure about it. They're selling it like Bourne but it's probably a little more on the talky strategy side than action-packed. BRITNEY JAPANESE STYLE Japanese artist Takashi Murakami has given Brit a bit of a makeover using a whole new level of photoshop for Japan's Pop Magazine and here's a couple of pictures from the shoot where Brit is probably supposed to look like a bride….
POOR TAYLOR LAUTNER You have to feel sorry for him, even though he's being touted as the next Tom Cruise, and he's worshipped by a gazillion Twilunatics & reportedly asking up to $7m a movie now…but, seems he can't have it all. In particular he couldn't have his new RV worth a cool $300k in time for filming starting on his new movie Abduction. Word is Taylor ordered the personal trailer to be delivered so that he could use it on location and said trailer has yet to arrive. So he's suing McMahon's RV on grounds of "emotional distress and annoyance". Was Taylor forced to sleep in the sparkly forest? Hell No! He was probably put up in the best suite of the local hotel & driven to and from set. In fairness to him however, it's probably wasn't his decision. It's probably the management, or the dad, or whoever it is running the wholeTaylor Lautner package, the same people who've turned him into a robot and now control his every move and who he speaks to or doesn't speak to. The ones who organize him going out and about without any other people his own age - ever! But just in case it was him….Teaspoon of cement for Taylor Lautner stat!
LINDS COULD BE OUT BY THIS EVENING OUR TIME Lindsay Lohan could be out of rehab by Wednesday morning USA time. New replacement Judge Elden Fox will reportedly issue an order at 8:30 AM Wednesday USA TIME after an unexpected Monday court appearance by Lohan attorney Shawn Chapman Holley. Her early release has been the topic of speculation for more than a week now given the doctors who evaluated Linds during her rehabilitation have determined that she was misdiagnosed with psychiatric issues and chemical dependencies, in particular ADD OR ADHD...so that will be just 22 days out of the 90.
RYAN KWANTEN'S NEW MOVIE OUR Ryan Kwanten (Jason in True Blood) has a new crime thriller coming out in November - Red Hill. Looks like it's an Aussie made movie, and Ryan plays a young police officer (Shane Cooper) who relocated to the small country town of Red Hill with his pregnant wife Alice (Claire van der Boom) to start a family and have a quieter life. But when news of a prison break sends the local law enforcement officers - led by the town's ruling presence, Old Bill (Steve Bisley) - into a panic, Shane's first day on duty rapidly turns into a nightmare. Jimmy Conway (Tom E. Lewis), plays a convicted murderer serving life behind bars, who has returned to the isolated outpost seeking revenge. Now caught in the middle of what will become a terrifying and bloody confrontation, Shane will be forced to take the law into his own hands if he is to survive. SANDRA BULLOCK'S NEW MOVIE NEWS Word is she's in talks to star in an upcoming drama called Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close. This would be her first role since The Blind Side. Tom Hanks has a very small role as well - not quite a "co-starring" role as such. The movie is based on a book which sees the whole 911 terrorist attack and aftermath through the eyes of a 9 year old boy. Producer Scott Rudin has apparently been developing Loud since 2005, when the book hit stores. Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close follows this boy after he finds a key in a vase that belonged to his father, who died on that terrible day, and embarks on an offbeat quest for information as to what it unlocks. Warner Bros. and Paramount will cofinance and distribute the flick.
RACHEL TAYLOR MAKES A STAND OUR Rachael Taylor (Maggie Madsen in Transformers) has been granted an apprehended violence order (AVO) against her ex-boyfriend MATTHEW NEWTON after two alleged unprovoked violent assaults while the couple were holidaying in Rome, while Rachael Taylor was on a break from filming her new movie, a thriller called The Darkest Hour in Moscow. Rachael has said she fears "for her personal safety, well being and security" following two "gravely serious incidents" in Italy. The actress reportedly suffered serious injuries consistent with blows to the face and body after a public altercation between the couple in the foyer of a Rome hotel. Police were called to the scene, but no charges were filed. Rachael also said in a statement that she "made the decision to send a clear message that violence, threats, abuse and intimidation were not acceptable and should be dealt with by the full capacity of the law." Any girl that goes out with this guy now is an idiot. There I've said it.
TIGERGATE IS OVER: Tiger Woods & Elin Nordegren have officially divorced. Nine months after TIGERGATE subjected us to all those nasty details…Woods and Nordegren ended their marriage in Panama City, Florida yesterday. "We are sad that our marriage is over and we wish each other the very best for the future," said the couple in a statement. "While we are no longer married, we are the parents of two wonderful children and their happiness has been, and always will be, of paramount importance to both of us." Daughter Sam Alexis is 3 years old, and son Charlie Axel is one. "Once we came to the decision that our marriage was at an end, the primary focus of our amicable discussions has been to ensure their future well-being," continues the statement. "The weeks and months ahead will not be easy for them as we adjust to a new family situation, which is why our privacy must be a principal concern." Terms of the settlement between Woods and Nordegren have not been disclosed.
BRAD PITT ON BP EXECS RESPONSIBLE FOR OIL SPILL IN NEW ORLEANS Spike Lee is working on a documentary which is a follow up to his previous doc 2006 Hurricane Katrina film, When the Levees Broke: A Requiem in Four Acts, and this new doco which is called IF GOD IS WILLING AND DA CREEK DON'T RISE, Bradley sPitt reportedly doesn't hide his disgust for BP and their part in the catastrophic oil spill which is devastating the ocean and water ways surrounding New Orleans. When asked about the whole oil spill and whether the executives should possibly pay the ultimate price for the Gulf oil disaster, Brad said, "I was never for the death penalty before -- I am willing to look at it again." Bradley is featured in the documentary primarily because of his efforts in New Orleans to build 150 affordable and sustainable homes in the storm-ravaged city.
GAGA GETS TO MEET KISS: "KISS the Queen," Lady Gaga tweeted after meeting up with legendary rock band KISS over the weekend. GAGA just overtook Britney Spears as the most followed person on Twitter, so she's now calling herself the Queen of Twitter. She posed backstage with the group and probably exchanged a few makeup and costume tips before joining the crowd of concert goers to enjoy the show. Naturally, she was wearing sunglasses & a leotard…..so as not to be noticed. She was with her boyfriend, Luc Carl (because as per her recent mag interview she's celebate).
